Gentle soap created in 2020, when we all remembered the importance of washing hands often. With rich mango and shea butters and conditioning sunflower oil, this soap is soft and creamy. Exactly what you need for daily hand washing, and it works perfectly as a body wash, too. With its silky lather, this soap is as gentle as can be, and yet still retains all the disinfecting properties that are so important right now. Scented with bergamot, litsea and a hint of lavender and eucalyptus, 20 SECONDS feels citrusy and fresh.Lather well, make sure to cover every part of your hand and scrub for 20 seconds!How do soaps work against viruses and bacteria?Cold-process soap bars, such as we make at SOLIDU, have a high pH value. That’s why they are naturally antibacterial: bacteria cannot propagate on a pH of 9 more.The best way to prevent transmission of viruses is by washing your hands. After washing with a soap bar, the pH of hands will be significantly higher. This will disrupt the fatty acid outer layer of the virus causing it to dissolve, break apart and consequently wash away.It is recommended to wash your hands with soap and water often and for at least 20seconds. Washing your hands properly removes dirt, viruses and bacteria to help stop them spreading to other people and objects. You can use hand sanitizer gel if soap and water are not available, although soap is the preferred and better option.
